Last part of this Iran iteration. Some Tehran appreciation, a trip to the South (where my camera ran out of battery), and a trip to Lar National Park with Damavand, Iran's highest peak.

Photo below: commissioned mural by the amazing visual artist Mehdi Ghadyanloo. According to this article, Ghadyanloo painted over 100 murals in Tehran alone as part of the Tehran beautification project. I wish there was a map with the exact locations of each of them–with the help of friends I could locate only a dozen or so.
